TruFit (Originally named TruFit by Paige) was created in 2015 as a mobile personal training company that assisted men, women and children of all ages with getting healthy and transforming their bodies inside and out in the comfort of their own home, but in 2017 we expanded to Massage Therapy. TruFit Massage focuses on helping athletes, gym go-ers, weekend warriors, and men and women of all ages in ridding themselves of those every day aches and pains that not only limit performance, but your everyday life. We use modalities such as deep tissue, cupping and "scraping" to increase range of motion, breakup scar tissue, decrease the frequency of headaches and decrease the symptoms of common ailments, such as sciatic and knee pain, that are due to muscular imbalances.
